We were asked to produce two pages of a commemorative book, to be presented to a retiring executive of the NGS.
The first page represents a greenhouse door with the letters of 'Staffordshire' drawn onto semi-transparent panels.
Inside is the design incorporating a watering can, imagined as a piece of Wedgwood pottery and a Crown Imperial flower, just because it is one of Bob`s favorite flowers!
The letters, 'The Creative County' were taken from the road sign - Staffordshire The Creative County and incorporate flowers, plants, fruits, vegetables and buildings, whose first letter in the name of the object is the first letter in the word, eg., tree - 'T', etc..
The finished pages were then bound in a book.
